I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and good, equipped with disposal slippers, and a toothbrush and toothpaste set, which are common in Asia. However, we had to change rooms due to a bad smell from the shower. The service was lacking, especially Erica was unfriendly and unhelpful. On the bright side, the location was excellent, near Bugis Junction, offering easy access to transportation and nightlife. The dining was mediocre, with limited options and lousy coffee.

I had a comfortable stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were large but oddly shaped and lacked soundproofing, although they didn't have windows. The service was warm and accommodating, with staff new and under training but able to multitask with various services. The location was excellent, close to various attractions and amenities. The dining options were limited, with the menu being the same every day.
